Our standards
Why we do it this way
DuaPrayer is made for Muslims and welcomes everyone. Here is where our choices come from, so you never have to guess.
What you will notice
- There is no music or musical sound anywhere on the site.
- Our own images and graphics are drawings and logos. We do not use photos of people or animals in our own assets.
- The Prophets, the Companions and the unseen are never pictured.
- Software can suggest a label for a dua, but a person makes the final call on religious labels.
- Some text on the site is written with software help. It is not a source for the Qur'an: check any verse against a trusted copy.
Most duas are not yet checked by a person; grading is as reported in the source.
Where these choices come from
Every rule rests on a written standard shared by all Byesar projects, called the ECS. Its basis is the Qur'an and Sunnah, and published rulings from recognised scholarly sources. Where scholars differ, we follow a single established approach and say so if you ask. Our work is also halal in how it is funded: no interest-based products or deals.
This is not a fatwaWe describe what we did and why. We do not issue rulings, and we do not claim certification of any kind.
